All products will only be delivered within 1-2 working days upon your full payment and confirmation of order.
Tracking code will be provided through email once we have shipped out your order. Please check your Junk / Spam Mail just in case it’s there! If you do not receive it within 1-3 days, please contact halo@mygaian.com
If you paid for defective items or wrong items shipped, you must contact us immediately (within 24 hours from time of delivery) at halo@mygaian.com or refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
